Hello, my name is Joanne; and I am a stay-at-home mother with two lovely children.   I started my fascination with (Pandora) European style charm bracelets, 10 years ago when I was given a Pandora bracelet and two Pandora charms as an engagement present.  The charms were great fun to collect; the bracelet had become the beginning of an obession!  After a few bad experiences purchasing charms from the internet, I decided to do it myself and open my own store.  We strive to provide beautiful glass beads, and only top quality sterling silver charms and bracelets that are all compatible with Pandora, Troll, Baiagi, Chamila and other European style charm bracelets. 

Our only policy is that you be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will give you a full refund of your purchase price. No questions asked.

I personally handcraft all of the glass beads in my studio  in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  In a process called "lampworking," a propane torch and oxygen concentrator, along with a multitude of different glasses, tools, frits, powders, and anything else I can get my hands on. My beads are kiln annealed to provide the maximum strength and durability, and they are very meticulously cleaned. I am very particular about the beads that I sell, and they must all pass a rigorous inspection. Besides, with a 4-year-old girl in the house, there is no shortage of uses for any not-so-perfect beads!
